Shipping our Natural Dog & Cat Treats and Raw Items
MomoFood uses Canada Post to ship all our natural dog & cat treats. Our server gathers up the weights of what you have in your shopping cart and with your postal code goes to the CanadaPost secure server to gather the cost of shipping. You can select from several services levels.
At this time we do not ship any of our raw products as it is simply to costly and has many many challenges. Our raw products are only available to our local clients.
Our treats are fresh made and some of our treats come from specific local shops. Sometimes we need to special order from them. Also, our treats are slowly dehydrated over about 16 hours. All this can add up to a bit of extra time. Please understand that we are working on providing the fastest shipping experience however our focus is always on the quality of our artisan hand made products.
